Privacy Policy

What we collect

From you as a client: your name, telephone number, email address, the name of your business, and anything you send us to build your site.

From your site's visitors: what they submit in a contact, request, booking or order form — name, telephone number, address, the details of the request, booking or order, and their answers to the form's questions. That data belongs to your business; we hold it on your behalf. No screen in the service asks for medical data: for clinics we keep appointments and visits only, with the clinic's own file number if it uses one.

Files visitors attach to a request, where you have turned that on (a picture or a PDF, such as a document, a CV or a receipt): every picture is saved again from scratch, which drops what it carried such as where it was taken, and every PDF is rebuilt without any code. The files are stored privately, never behind a public link, never sent in any email, and opened only by whoever reads your business's messages — a confidential form's files by the owner alone — with every download recorded. They are deleted automatically after 180 days, or sooner whenever you delete them.

Limited technical data recorded automatically to run and protect the service, such as the time of a request and the page it was for.

Why we collect it

To provide the service agreed: to build your site, run it, issue your invoices and answer your requests.

And to protect the service from misuse, and to improve it. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anybody, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the providers the service is built on, and only as far as necessary: hosting, sending email, and processing payments once that is enabled.

Each of them is bound to protect the data that reaches them. We disclose data to nobody else unless Egyptian law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account's data for as long as your subscription runs. After it ends we keep it for thirty days so that you can take a copy or come back, and then it is deleted.

Invoices and financial records are the exception, and are kept for as long as the law requires.

Visitor counts for the sites we build are numbers only, and are kept for thirteen months.

Security

Connections to the site and to the dashboard are always encrypted. Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read by anybody, ourselves included.

Each client's data is separated from every other client's at the database itself, not merely on the screen.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted. The dashboard lets you download all of your data at any time, in one click.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

The sites we build for you set no cookies of their own. They count their visitors without cookies and without any identifier: what is kept is a number per page per day, never an address or a device.

The dashboard uses only necessary cookies: one keeps you signed in, one remembers the language you chose, and our support staff carry one while helping you. None of them tracks you.
