Can patients book an appointment on the site?

On the System plan and above, patients book on the site itself: they pick a day and a free time, or take a number in the queue, and the booking lands on the day's list in your dashboard. On the smaller plans, they tap Book and WhatsApp opens with a message ready for your clinic's number, and you agree the time there, or they write through the contact form, which lands in your dashboard and your email.

Can I change my hours and prices myself?

On some plans you edit text, photos, prices and opening hours yourself from your phone. On every plan you can ask for a change from your dashboard: if your plan covers it we make it, and if not we tell you which plan does.

Will my clinic show up on Google?

We set the site up the way Google reads it: a title and description for every page, a sitemap, and your clinic's address and hours as structured data. Nobody can honestly promise you a position in the results, and we won't.
