We're an Egyptian studio working with businesses across Egypt, the Gulf and the wider Arab world. Everything happens on WhatsApp and in your dashboard, so where you are doesn't matter. Two things are Egypt-only for now: the online store delivers inside Egypt, and catalogue prices show in Egyptian pounds (service lists and price tables can use any currency).

Yes. Your site is built in Arabic, and if you want an English version we build that too, each language with its own address that Google can find.

We prepare every page for Google: a title and description, a sitemap, and your business details in the format Google understands, and we help you connect your business to Google Maps. Nobody can promise a particular ranking, and we won't either.

For keeping your site live: the hosting, the address, the security certificate, support all month, and direct contact on WhatsApp. The design is done once; these carry on for as long as the site is live.

Yes, whenever you like. Tell us and we'll change it; the new price starts from your next invoice.

Every plan includes an address in your business's name on site4u.live. The higher plans also include a domain in your business's name: we buy it, renew it and connect it, and it stays registered to us while you subscribe. If you want it in your own name we'll sell it to you, and if you already own one we connect that instead.

Not yet. The store works with cash on delivery for now, with a delivery price per governorate inside Egypt.

There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Your site stays live until the end of the period you paid for, then it stops, and your data is kept for 30 days so you can download a full copy or come back.

Support is included all month. Ask for what you need from your dashboard or send it on WhatsApp, and we'll take it from there. And if your plan lets you edit yourself, you change the words, photos and prices from your phone.

Your content is yours: your words, photos, logo and your customers' details, and you can download a full copy from your dashboard at any time. The design and code are ours, and you use them for as long as you subscribe.

Yes, on every plan. Your dashboard shows visits over the last 7 and 30 days, the most viewed pages, where visits came from (Google, Facebook, WhatsApp and others) and how many were on phones. We count without cookies and without knowing who the visitor is, so the figures are approximate, and nothing about anyone is stored.
