Terms and Conditions

Who we are and what we provide

site4u.live designs, hosts and maintains websites for small and medium businesses: clinics, shops, car showrooms, restaurants, coaches and others.

The service is a monthly subscription covering the design of the site, its hosting, its address, and updates and support for as long as the subscription runs. Anything not included is stated plainly on the pricing page.

Subscription and payment

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds on the pricing page, and those are the prices that apply at the time of ordering. The subscription is paid in advance for each month.

We may change prices in future. A change never affects a period already paid for, and we tell you before the next renewal.

What we commit to

We commit to delivering the site within the period agreed when you order, to keeping it working for the length of the subscription, and to answering the change requests your plan covers within working days.

We do everything we can to keep a site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service: hosting and domain providers can fail in ways outside our control, and we work to fix those as soon as we know of them.

What you commit to

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for having the right to use any text, images or logos you send.

The site and the service may not be used for anything unlawful under Egyptian law, for selling prohibited goods or services, or for sending unsolicited messages.

Ownership of the site and its content

The content you send us — your words, your pictures, your logo, your customers' details — is yours and stays yours. You can ask for a complete copy of it at any time.

The design and the code we build remain the property of site4u.live, and you have the right to use them for as long as your subscription runs.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend the service where an amount is unpaid, after telling you. We may end it where these terms are seriously breached.

You may end your subscription at any time. See the refund policy for what follows.

Limits of liability

Our liability to you, in any circumstance, does not exceed what you have actually paid us in the preceding twelve months.

We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or lost customers, arising from an interruption to the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

The domain (your web address)

Every subscription includes a subdomain (yourname.site4u.live), which is yours for as long as the subscription runs.

On the plans that include an independent domain, we buy it, renew it and connect it to your site, and it stays registered to site4u for the length of the subscription. If you want it transferred into your name, we will sell it to you under a separate agreement.

Alternatively you may buy the domain yourself, in your own name, and we will connect it to your site. In that case the domain is entirely yours from the first day.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the last update, and we tell existing clients about any material change. Questions: [email protected].
